Thai Dine-In With Tyun

Thank you so much for everything you did on Friday.  Everyone had a great
time and our guests were very impressed by the whole dining experience.  We
would be very happy to recommend you without hesitation.  We loved the food,
every dish was full of flavour and used very fresh ingredients.  Perfectly pitched
spiciness.  We were pleased that you were flexible and managed to accomodate
our needs, particularly our nut allergy sufferer and our vegetarians.  Thank you
for your considerate preparation in that regard, and for leaving our kitchen
spotless!

Each time, I am impressed at how his enthusiasm and love for preparing these
foods comes through in their unique, delicious flavours. My absolute favourite
of his dishes is the Thai Green Curry. In the past he has made it with tofu,
chicken, and shrimp, and no matter what it is always mouth-watering and just
the perfect amount of spicy.  And let me tell you, I LOVE hot food!  His dishes are
so  tasty, and to top it all off, Tyun is a very personable, outgoing guy.

"Tyun cooks for a king. Since he uses a home kitchen, his food actually
tastes like home cooking, and he has the uncanny ability to bring out
the flavour in every morsel. It's really quite special, for instance I don't
like eggplant, unless it's Tyun's. If you don't like spice, Tyun can make
you want to learn, just so you can try more of his delicious delicacies.
All in all, I would recommend Tyun's cooking to anyone."

If you're looking for an out-of-this-world cullinary experience, Tyun is the man
to see. His 419 will knock your socks off with a dazzling array of explosive
spices and flavours (it's not for the meek, trust me!), while his other dishes will
bring you back to earth with their intricate and often delicate flavour. His
"Eggsalent" is a perfect example: who would have thought of actually combining
eggplant and eggs, but he somehow does it and it's a masterpiece! My personal
favourite, however, is Sweet Chilli Fish, which is just delicious and has the
added thrill of getting to eat a whole fish on a plate (now that's fresh!). Attending
school in Waterloo has introduced me to so many different cultural
experiences, and Tyun's cooking is a perfect example of what there is out there
waiting for you to discover. So throw away the Domino's flyer and the
McDonald's coupons and try something new!
